- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- 2 cups broccoli slaw mix
- 1/2 red onion
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Soy Vay® Toasted Sesame dressing
- 2 scallions
Prep

1.Toast the almonds in a large, ungreased frying pan over medium heat until golden brown.

2.Thinly slice the red onion and the scallions.
Cook

1.Place slaw mix, onion and cranberries In a large mixing bowl.

2.Toss with Toasted Sesame sauce.

3.Gently fold in the almonds and scallions.

4.Enjoy at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to serve.
