Orange Chicken Stir Fry

  • 3 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup red or green bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup Soy Vay® Orange Ginger Marinade and Sauce
  • 2 cups rice, cooked

    Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in medium-sized skillet set over medium heat.

    Add chicken to skillet and cook until golden-brown, approximately 5–8 minutes.
  • 3.
    Add garlic and vegetables to pan, and cook until vegetables are tender. Add orange ginger sauce and stir until heated through. Remove from pan and serve over warm rice.
