Baked Teriyaki Salmon

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
  • 1 lb. salmon fillets
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2/3 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki® Marinade & Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup horseradish
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing


  • 1.
    Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2.
    Grease a medium size baking dish with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 3.
    Arrange the fish on the baking sheet.
  • 4.
    Brush the tops with remaining olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and red pepper flakes.
  • 5.
    Pour the Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce over the fillets.


  • 1.
    Bake the fish for about 20 minutes. The meat should be opaque, flake easily with a fork, and have an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
  • 2.
    In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, horseradish and ranch.
  • 3.
    Plate the fish and finish with a dollop of the dip.
  • 4.
    Serve immediately.
