
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sushi-grade ahi tuna
- 1/3 cup Soy Vay® Toasted Sesame dressing
- 2 scallions
- 1 avocado
- 1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 butter lettuce leaves
Prep

1.Dice the tuna.

2.In a large mixing bowl, toss the fish with 1/3 cup of the Toasted Sesame sauce until evenly coated.

3.Cover and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.

4.Thinly slice the scallions.

5.Dice the avocado.

1.Gently fold the scallions and avocado into the tuna mixture.

2.Fold in the macadamia nuts.

3.Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4.Scoop the tuna mixture into the center of each of the lettuce leaves.

5.Serve immediately.
