
Spicy ’N Sweet Bacon Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 4 cups rice
- 8 strips bacon
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Vay® Spicy ‘N Sweet Chili Heat Marinade & Dip
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable or canola oil
- 1 onion, medium size
- 1 large carrot
- 3 large eggs
- 1 bunch scallions (about 1/2 cup chopped)
- 1/4 cup Soy Vay® Toasted Sesame Dressing & Sauce
Prep

1.Prepare rice according to package instructions.

2.Chop the onion.

3.Peel and dice the carrot. Slice the green parts of the scallions.

4.In a large non-stick frying pan or wok, cook the bacon until it's crispy.

5.Remove and drain excess oil.

6.Coarsely chop into bits.

7.In a small mixing bowl, coat the bacon with Spicy 'N Sweet Chili Heat marinade.

8.Whisk eggs together in a second small mixing bowl. Set aside.

9.Clean or dry the non-stick frying pan or wok.

10.Place it back on the stove and heat the oil over medium heat.
Cook

1.Sauté onion and carrots until tender.

2.Stir in eggs and cook until egg is firm, stirring occasionally.

3.Add the scallions, rice and bacon, and pour in the Toasted Sesame sauce.

4.Mix until everything is evenly coated and warmed through. Serve immediately.
