
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bow tie pasta
- 1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1-2 chili peppers
- 1¼ cups green peas
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup Soy Vay® Toasted Sesame Dressing & Marinade
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. hot chili oil
- Aleppo pepper, for garnish
Prep

1.Prepare pasta according to package directions.

2.Chop cherry tomatoes and chili peppers.
Cook

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, cabbage, tomatoes, chili peppers, peas and peanuts. Toss with the toasted sesame sauce, rice vinegar and chili oil until everything is evenly coated.

2.Cover and place in the fridge until ready to serve. Mix again before serving and garnish with crushed Aleppo pepper.
