
Orange Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 3 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup red onion, sliced
- 1 cup red or green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup Soy Vay® Orange Ginger Marinade and Sauce
- 2 cups rice, cooked
Instructions

1.Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in medium-sized skillet set over medium heat.

2.Add chicken to skillet and cook until golden-brown, approximately 5–8 minutes.

3.Add garlic and vegetables to pan, and cook until vegetables are tender. Add orange ginger sauce and stir until heated through. Remove from pan and serve over warm rice.
