Spinach Mushroom Salad with Garlic Ginger Dressing
- 8 oz. sliced, fresh mushrooms (approx. one small package)
- 1 lb. carrots
- 1/2 head red cabbage
- 6 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup Soy Vay® Garlic 'N Ginger Dressing
1.Chop up the mushrooms, carrots and red cabbage.
1.In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped veggies with the spinach and Garlic 'N Ginger Dressing until everything is evenly coated.
