
Asian Honey Cod with Mushrooms & Peppers
Ingredients
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup Soy Vay® Asian BBQ Marinade & Sauce
- 2 cod fillets (thawed), approx. 6 ounces
Instructions

1.In a large sauté pan, sauté diced onion in olive oil on medium heat until browned

2.Add mushrooms and green bell pepper and sauté, stirring periodically for 5-10 minutes or until tender

3.Stir in Soy Vay® Asian Honey BBQ Marinade & Sauce

4.Move vegetable mixture to the edges of the pan and add cod fillets so they rest on the bottom of the pan. Cook 5 minutes, flip fillets over and cook for 5 more minutes.

5.Serve fillets on a plate with vegetable mixture and sauce poured on top.

6.Serve immediately.
