
Asian BBQ Turkey Burgers & Roasted Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 8 ounces ground turkey
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Soy Vay® Asian Honey BBQ Marinade & Sauce, divided into two ¼ cups
- 2 brioche burger buns
- ½ cup mayonnaise, divided into two ¼ cups
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 ounces cabbage slaw
- 2 russet potatoes cut into wedges
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Burger

1.In a medium bowl mix by hand the ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs and ¼ cup Soy Vay® Asian Honey BBQ Marinade & Sauce.

2.Divide evenly into four balls and form ½ thick burgers

3.Salt and pepper to taste

4.On medium heat, cook the burgers in a nonstick grill pan using nonstick spray or brush on oil. Loosely cover with lid or foil.

5.Cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through (or until internal temperature of 165°F)
Onion Rolls

1.Toast in nonstick grill pan or in a toaster
Asian Mayo

1.Mix mayo with remaining Soy Vay® Asian Honey BBQ Marinade & Sauce

2.Toss the cabbage slaw with half of the mayo mixture and set aside
Asian Potato Wedges

1.Pre-heat oven to 375 °F Peel potatoes and cut into wedges

2.Toss the potato wedges with the other half of the Asian mayo mixture, salt and pepper to taste

3.Bake until tender and brown (approx. 30 mins.)

4.Plate turkey burger on toasted onion roll with Asian cabbage slaw on top and bottom for added crunch

5.Top with sliced green onion

6.Plate with potato wedges and serve with a side of Asian Mayo for dipping
