Far Out Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken drumsticks or thighs
- 1/4 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki®
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Chinese mustard (substitute dijon if needed)
- 1 Tbsp. duck sauce (substitute apricot jam if needed)
Prep

1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, mustard and duck sauce.

2.Place the chicken in the bowl and turn until evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.

3.When meat is ready, discard any leftover marinade.

4.Preheat the oven to 450ºF.

1.Place the chicken into a casserole dish or broiler pan.

2.Bake for about 40 minutes. Flip it once to make sure it's evenly cooked. Chicken should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of at least 165ºF.

3.Serve immediately.
