Wok of Fame Pot Sticker Bundles

  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1 package mushrooms (8 oz.)
  • 2/3 bunch green onions (or 1/2 cup chopped)
  • 2 carrots (or 1/2 cup shredded)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 lb. ground turkey Show video
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 50 square wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki® (with some extra for dipping)


  • 1.
    Chop the cabbage, mushrooms, green onions and carrots.
  • 2.
    Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large nonstick frying pan or wok over high heat.

    Brown the turkey, breaking it up until it’s no longer pink.
  • 2.
    Drain the fat and discard.
  • 3.
    Add the cabbage, mushrooms, onions, carrots, ginger and chicken broth to the pan.
  • 4.
    Stir-fry until liquid has evaporated, about 6 minutes.
  • 5.
    Stir in the Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce and mix until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
  • 6.
    Brush one of the wonton wrappers lightly with water.
  • 7.
    Place 1 tablespoon of the meat filling in the center of each wrapper.
  • 8.
    Bring up the edges to enclose filling and twist firmly to seal.
  • 9.
    Repeat until all the filling has been used.
  • 10.
    Rinse and wipe out the pan.
  • 11.
    Over medium heat, warm the remaining oil in the skillet.
  • 12.
    Cook the potstickers until golden brown, about 5 minutes per batch.
  • 13.
    Serve hot with extra Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce on the side for dipping.
