Veri Veri Honey Lime Steak

- 1/4 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki®
- 1½ lbs. flank steak
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 1 lime
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1.Arrange the flank steak in a bowl or large resealable container and pour in the Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce.
2.Turn until evenly coated.
3.Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 45 minutes or longer for more flavor.
4.Once the meat is ready, discard any leftover marinade.
5.Zest the lime.
6.In a small bowl, combine the honey, lime zest, and pepper flakes.
7.Prepare a charcoal grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat.
1.Grill steak to desired doneness, occasionally brushing with the steak with the honey mixture. Make sure a minimum internal temperature of at least 160ºF has been reached.
2.Let the steak rest for 5 minutes and serve.
