Spicy Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 2 cups brown rice
- 1 lb. top sirloin
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 red onion
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 oz. shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp. red chili flakes
- 1/2 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki®
Prep

1.Prepare rice according to package instructions.

2.Thinly slice the beef across the grain.

3.In a medium bowl, toss meat with the cornstarch. Set aside.

4.Coarsely chop the red onion and broccoli.

5.Remove the stems from the mushrooms and coarsely chop them.

6.Heat half of the vegetable oil in a large wok or non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook

1.Cook the beef, stirring constantly, until medium rare, then remove from the pan.

2.Add remaining oil and stir-fry the onion, broccoli and mushrooms until tender.

3.After the veggies are done, stir in the beef, Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce and chili flakes.

4.Bring to a boil then lower the heat to medium-low and cook until everything is heated through, about 3 minutes.

5.Plate the stir-fry over hot rice. Serve immediately.
