Orange Teriyaki Halibut

  • 1 lb. halibut fillets
  • 1/2 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki® Marinade & Sauce
  • 1 mandarin orange


  • 1.
    Arrange the fish in a shallow dish or large resealable plastic container.
  • 2.
    Pour the Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce over top and turn fillets until evenly coated.
  • 3.
    Slice an orange and place the slices on top of the fish.
  • 4.
    Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour, or longer for more flavor.
  • 5.
    When fish is ready, discard any leftover marinade and reserve the orange slices.
  • 6.
    Prepare a charcoal grill for direct cooking over medium heat.


  • 1.
    Grill the fish for about 7 minutes per side. The meat should be opaque, flake easily with a fork, and have an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
  • 2.
    Grill the orange slices and use as a garnish.
  • 3.
    Serve immediately.
