Seafood Citrus Salad
- 2 heads of butter lettuce (about 8 cups chopped)
- 1 bunch watercress
- 1 green apple
- 1 avocado
- 1 grapefruit
- 12 medium shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Vay® Citrus ‘N Ginger Dressing & Sauce
1.Chop the lettuce, watercress, green apple and avocado.
2.Peel and segment the grapefruit.
3.Clean and devein the shrimp (if necessary).
4.Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
1.Sauté the shrimp until cooked through.
2.Arrange the lettuce, watercress, apple, avocado and grapefruit on a plate and top with the cooked shrimp.
3.Dress with the Citrus ‘N Ginger sauce.
