Mighty Miso Mushroom Salad

  • 8 oz. sliced, fresh mushrooms (approx. one small package)
  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 1/2 head red cabbage
  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup Soy Vay® Miso Vinaigrette Dressing & Sauce

    Chop up the mushrooms, carrots and red cabbage.

    In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped veggies with the spinach and Miso Vinaigrette dressing until everything is evenly coated.
