Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious, As good or better than a restaurant I bought this yesterday out of curiosity. I don't even like ginger, if I have sushi, I toss the ginger away so it doesn't touch anything, but I love curry and thought I'd try it. I used 1 lb of frozen packaged chicken chunks, 1/2 of green, yellow, and red peppers, 1 whole jalapeno, 1/2 onion, and cilantro. I served with a cup of Basmati rice. Absolutely delicious. So glad I found it. Easy to make, just 5 minutes chopping veggies and throwing it in a skillet and let is simmer. I added a bit of water since I didn't use oil as suggested. Maybe next time I'll use a tiny amount of chicken broth instead of water. Not that it needs it, it was perfect. This dish seems to be very healthy to me as well. This will be a regular dish for me. Tonight I'm trying the Korean BBQ. I'll let you know how it is.
