1 bottle Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki (21 ounces)
3 pounds country ribs
2 medium onions, diced
2 carrots, sliced
1 handful of dried pineapple pieces
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
Prepare country ribs by trimming excess fat and slicing into approximately 1 - 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Place all ingredients in a large covered pot.
Add enough water to cover ingredients and bring to a boil.
Remove lid and reduce until sauce is the consistency that you desire.
Serve over bed of rice or noodles
