Low Fat Veri Veri Teriyaki Turkey Burgers

1/4 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki
1 pound 97 percent fat free ground turkey
1 slice whole wheat bread, crumbled
i red onion, sliced
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
lettuce
whole wheat buns

Mix turkey, Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki, and crumbled bread in a medium bowl - form into 4 patties. Heat grill to medium high heat, and grill patties until juices run clear (about 7 minutes per side).

Serve with sliced red onion, cucumber, and lettuce on whole wheat buns.
