Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki

Cut Striped Bass into serving sized portions.

Rinse the fish. While rinsing check for bones. Remove all bones

Marinate the fish portions in about 1/4 inch of teriyaki for an hour or two, turning once or twice. Be sure to marinate fish in the refrigerator.

Grill the fish outdoors on a hot preheated grill for about 10 minutes on each side. Fish should be done enough to flake.

While grilling, brush some teriyaki sauce on each side.

Serve with baked potato, coleslaw, a green vegetable, or salad.
