Veri Veri Teriyaki Salmon with Roasted Corn

S. Chenault, Santa Ana, CA

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2/3 cup frozen roasted corn
1 deboned and skinless salmon fillet
2/3 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki
Fresh green beans

Heat the oil in a frying pan for a couple of minutes at medium heat.
Add the garlic cloves and cook until the edges are browned.
Add frozen corn, straight from the freezer is okay. Cook for a few minutes.
Add Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki and stir all ingredients together.

Place salmon filet on top of ingredients. Cook until the edges of the filet whiten slightly. (This should only take a minute or two at the most).

Flip filet over for another 30 seconds. Check to see if it is flaky. If it flakes, it's done.
Serve the filet, corn on top, with fresh, uncooked green beans on the side. The green beans add a great balance to the super flavor of the main dish.
