Potluck Pleaser

C.L. Brown

1 pkg Wacky Mac pasta, cooked and cooled
1/4 cup chopped roasted/toasted almonds
2 Tbls toasted sesame seeds
2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
2 cups chopped vegetables: I use whatever I have: broccoli, onion, green onions, carrots, celery, snow peas, bell pepper...
1 bottle Soy Vay Toasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade

To toast almonds and sesame seeds: place in a dry, non stick pan over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon until brown, or seeds start to sizzle and pop. Remove from heat and let cool on a plate. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients in a large, non-metal bowl. Just before serving, pour chilled Soy Vay Toasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade over and mix well.
