Katsudan Fried Rice

H. Pomerleau, Cleveland, OH

1 1/2 cups cooked and chilled white rice
1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2-3 eggs, pre-scrambled
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup diced cooked breaded and fried chicken breast
3-4 generous tablespoons (or more to taste) of Soy Vay Island Teriyaki

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat.

Add the onion and then the garlic, then throw in a splash of the Island Teriyaki.

Once the onion starts to get translucent,throw in the frozen peas and the chicken.

Break up any clumps in the rice and add to the pan.

Add the rest of the teriyaki sauce and the scrambled eggs. Stir and fry!
