Citrus Salmon

V. McDonald, Wimberley, TX

1 bottle Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki (21 ounces)
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup brown sugar
salmon
1 lemon, sliced thin
fresh rosemary

Mix teriyaki ssauce, brown sugar, and orange juice together in plastic bag. Add salmon and marinate for two hours.

Arrange salmon on a well-soaked cedar or alder plank that is covered in fresh rosemary, top with thin lemon slices.

Smoke until done (about 20 minutes). Check during cooking to make sure your plank is not on fire. The salmon will have a beautiful brown glaze.
