This item is what started it all. We sold these at the local art festivals and because of their popularity created Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze. Get boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut into one inch cubes. Marinate with Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze for one hour ahead of time. Put 4-5 pieces on a bamboo skewer, do not leave any of the bamboo end exposed. Metal skewers can also be used. Barbecue outdoors or on an indoor grill.
While cooking you can brush on some more Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze. When finished and before removing from the grill lightly brush on a water honey mixture (made up with mostly water) to add a nice looking glaze to the finished product. These make a great appetizer and can also be used for a main course. They're a fun food to eat at parties.
