Wasabi Teriyaki Grilled ArtichokesT. Crowley
1 bottle Soy Vay Wasabi Teriyaki
3 tbl. minced garlic
4 medium artichokes
A day ahead of time, steam artichokes and cool.
When cooled, cut artichokes in half and spoon out thistles.
Marinate overnight, (or at least a couple of hours) in a mixture of Soy Vay Wasabi Teriyaki and minced garlic.
Grill on medium BBQ heat for 2-3 minutes each side.
