Veri Veri Teriyaki Crock Pot Roast

1 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki
4 pound pot roast, bone-in
1/2 pound baby carrots
12 small red or yellow potatoes
2 medium yellow onions, sliced into rounds
1 package whole crimini mushrooms (about 12 oz.), halved
2 Tbs. minced fresh garlic
1 cup frozen or fresh peas
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tbs. flour
1 cup beef stock

Slice onions into rounds and place in bottom of crock pot.
Add carrots, peas, and potatoes to bottom of pot.
Slice mushrooms in half then add to bottom of pot. Mix together flour and pepper and coat entire roast, then add it to the pot.
Add garlic to the top of the roast, and pour beef stock over the top.
Pour Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki over the top of the roast to coat it.
Cook on low for eight hours.
