Veri Simple Salmon

Submitted by Stuart Y.

1 lb. salmon filet
1/4 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki
seasoned bread crumbs
garlic powder
lemon juice

Peel skin off filet if you desire, rinse with water. Place filet on a sheet of aluminum foil. Cover with Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki. Sprinkle with lemon juice, just a little. Dust with seasoned bread crumbs and garlic powder. Fold foil around filet, trapping all ingredients inside of it. You may let it marinate for awhile, or just place on medium heated grill for 10 - 15 minutes each side.
Serves 2.

Serving suggestion: Serve with potato of choice, and steamed broccoli or baked squash.

Side note: Lemon juice and garlic powder are optional. I've done it both ways, and it is good either way. Enjoy!
