Veri Veri Teriyaki Wings

Submitted by Jeff P.

1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
20 - 30 chicken wing segments
Vegetable oil or shortening for frying
1 Tbls. butter
1/3 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki

Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in medium size bowl. Coat each wing segment with mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove wings from fridge and coat wings a second time. OPTIONAL: Refrigerate for another hour and coat wings a third time.

Deep fry wings (6 - 8 at a time) in vegetable oil for 10 - 12 minutes at 375 degrees.

In a medium size saucepan, combine butter and Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki. Heat over medium heat until mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Once wings are done frying, add to saucepan and toss until wings are generously covered. Serve immediately and repeat the process until you run out of wings!
