 Vegetable Rice Bake
3 cups cooked brown rice
3 tablespoons Soy Vay Toasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup each:broccoli flowerettes, small mushroom caps, red bell pepper cubes, sliced carrots and sliced celery
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons roasted sunflower seed kernels
In a large casserole dish combine rice, Soy Vay Toasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade and soy sauce; stir well. Meanwhile, lightly steam vegetables until crisp-tender. Do not over cook. Place vegetables on top of rice and sprinkle with sheese. Top with sunflower seeds. Bake at 400Ì F until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Serves 6.
