Grilled Tofu with Mango Salsa

1 package organic Tofu
1 bottle Soy Vay Wasabi Teriyaki
3 Tbls peanut oil

Cut tofu into large bite-size pieces. Marinate tofu in Ziploc bag with 1/2 cup Soy Vay Wasabi Teriyaki for approximately 20 minutes. Heat oil in frying pan. Once oil is hot, remove tofu from marinade and fry for 10 minutes until tofu is golden brown. Top with Mango Salsa.

Mango Salsa

3 ripe mangos, peeled and cubed
2 chopped shallots
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 jalepeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional depending on heat preference)
salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
