Place one whole skirt steak in a zipper bag (vacuum bag if available) and add enough Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki to cover the beef. Remove as much air as possible and seal the bag. Place in the fridge for 2 days. Remove from the fridge 2 hours before cooking. BBQ on high heat for 5 - 7 minutes each side. Cut into 1/2 inch strips and serve.
