Spicy Beef Stir Fry

1 lb. top sirloin, thinly sliced across the grain
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 onion, quartered and thinly sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 teaspoon red chile flakes
3 ounces shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Soy Vay Wasabiyaki

Toss beef with cornstarch; set asise. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large non-stick wok. Add beef; cook, stirring, until medium rare. Remove beef from wok; set aside. Add remaining oil and stir fry onion, broccoli and mushrooms until tender-crisp. Stir in beef, Wasabiyaki and chile flakes; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. Serve immediately over hot, cooked rice. Makes 4 servings.
