 Spicy Bow Tie Salad
8 oz. bow tie pasta, cooked al dente and drained
1/2 cup Soy Vay Toasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade
1/3 cup shredded purple cabbage
1-1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup peanuts
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss well to mix and to coat with dressing. Chill well. Mix again before serving. Serves 4 - 6.
