Soy Thai Chicken

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze and Marinade
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup old fashioned peanut butter, (drain excess oil)

Mix the Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze and Marinade, garlic and peanut butter until smooth. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and stir into sauce. Wrap pieces individually in heavy duty foil, folding on all sides. Arrange on a cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 15 minutes. These also freeze well. Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet to freeze. Once frozen, store in a labeled re-sealable plastic bag. To cook, place frozen, uncooked packets in a 400° oven for 20 minutes.
