Shanghai Bok Choy & Prawns

10 - 12 large prawns, peeled & deveined
3 cups Shanghai bok choy (washed/chopped)
1/4 cup plus 1 Tbls Soy Vay Wasabi Teriyaki

Marinate the prawns in 1/4 cup of Soy Vay Wasabi Teriyaki. Broil under high heat for 2 minutes. Turn and broil another 2 - 3 minutes. Meanwhile, steam bok choy until just wilted. Divide prawns over bok choy arranged on two plates. Splash on a 1/2 tablespoon of Soy Vay Wasabi Teriyaki over prawns to finish. Serve immediately.
