 Sautéed Tofu
1 lb. tofu drained well and cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 1 tablespoon peanut oil
4 tablespoons Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Drain the tofu at least one hour. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. Add the tofu and sauté for twenty minutes, stirring frequently. Reduce the heat to low and add soy sauce, Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki, salt and pepper. Serve with rice, or alone as an appetizer. Makes 4-6 servings.
