Saucy Vegetable Chow Mein

2 packages (3 oz.) ramen soup mix any flavor
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup bamboo shoots, cut into strips
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 carrot, grated
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons Soy Vay Veri-Veri Teriyaki
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry

Cook ramen noodles in boiling water until tender, but still firm, about four minutes; drain and set aside. Reserve seasoning packets. Sautª vegetables, ginger and garlic in hot oil until softened. Add remaining ingredients plus one ramen seasoning packet. Toss well to coat with sauce. Cook until hot. Makes 4-6 servings.
