Sauce for Pot StickersKatalin W., California1 cup Soy Vay Island Teriyaki 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon rice vinegar In a saucepan, mix the Soy Vay Island Teriyaki, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and brown sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Do not cover. Remove from heat and add 3 to 4 ice cubes to the mixture to stop the sugar process of caramelization.
