Sauce for Pot Stickers

1 cup Soy Vay Island Teriyaki
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon rice vinegar

In a saucepan, mix the Soy Vay Island Teriyaki, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and brown sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Do not cover. Remove from heat and add 3 to 4 ice cubes to the mixture to stop the sugar process of caramelization. Let it cool for 2 to 5 minutes. Serve with pot stickers or gyozas. refrigerate in a tightly covered container. This sauce will last for up to 4 weeks.
