Ramen Asian SaladPaula S., California1 head cabbage, chopped 2 cups red cabbage, chopped 1 cup carrots, grated 4 green onions, chopped 8 oz. sliced almonds 4 tablespoons cane sugar 2 packages of Top Ramen - Oriental flavor (break up noodles in the bags so they are bite size) 1/2 cup Soy Vay Toasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade Mix the first 5 ingredients and then add the sugar and flavor packs from the noodles. Mix well. Add the noodles, then stir again. Pour on dressing - add more to taste. It's even better if you let it sit overnight before serving. Feeds a crowd.
