1 package (16 oz) Angel Hair cabbage (finely sliced or shredded white cabbage)
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
3 green onions, diced
4 breaded chicken strips (tenders), cooked and cut into small bite-size chunks
1 package Top Ramen noodles, broken up and browned in pan with sesame oil
Chipped peanuts to taste
Toss with about 1/3 of a bottle of Soy Vay Toasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade. Serve over basmati rice for a full dinner. Serves 4.
