 Asian Beef Jerky
1 bottle Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze and Marinade
3 lbs Skirt Steak, thinly sliced across the grain
Pour enough Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze and Marinade to coat the meat. Marinate for 4 hours at room temperature. Turn meat and refrigerate for 2 days, turning meat twice a day and adding more marinade if necessary. Line a cookie sheet with foil and 2 layers of cheese cloth over the foil. Arrange the meat in a single layer on the cheese cloth. Bake at 140° for 72 hours.
