Island Teriyaki Peanut Butter Sesame Linguine

1 1/2 cups Island Teriyaki
1 1/3 cups creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp dark Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Chili Powder (or to taste)
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
4 peeled, shredded carrots, blanched
1 lb cooked linguine
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 Tbls toasted sesame seeds

Puree first 7 ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix carrots with hot linguine, pour sauce over and toss well. Sprinkle with scallions and toasted sesame seeds. Makes 4 servings.
