Island Teriyaki Burgers

I just used your Island Teriyaki to make the best turkey burgers I've every tasted! It left them very moist and flavorful My kids (both picky eaters, ages 5 and 7) raved about them!

1 lb lean ground turkey
5 Tbsp Soy Vay Island Teriyaki
2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
4 (1 1/2 oz) hamburger buns
9 (1/4 inch thick slices tomato
4 curly leaf lettuce leaves

Mix first five ingredients well, shape into patties. Add olive oil to pan and cook for about 5 minutes (each side) over medium heat. Place 1 patty on bottom half of each bun, and top each patty with 1/4 cup onion, 2 tomato slices, and 1 lettuce leaf. Top with remaining bun halves.
Serves 4.
