Island Salmon

1/2 cup Soy Vay Island Teriyaki
1 lb. filet of salmon
Fresh parsley
Lemon wedges


Marinate salmon in Soy Vay Island Teriyaki for at least 10 minutes and up to 24 hours. Broil until fish flakes with a fork.To grill, wrap marinated fish in foil and grill over hot coals for about 15 minutes on each side. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
