Honey Ginger Chinese Drumettes

1/4 cup Soy Vay Cha-Cha Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing
1/4 cup dry sherry or apple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
2 lbs. chicken drumettes

In a 15X9 inch baking pan combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well to combine. Add chicken drumettes and toss to coat with mixture. Let marinate several hours, turning occasionally. Bake at 350’ F for 45 minutes, basting with marinade every 15 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and place on platter. Serve with marinade mixture for dipping, if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
