Hoisin Garlic Chicken Wings

Submitted by Heather C., Higganum, CT

2 cups water
1 small can chicken broth
2 Tbls. soy sauce
1/2 onion
1 cloves garlic, peeled
10 large, whole chicken wings

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes. Add the wings (they should be at least partly submerged) and simmer until the meat is tender but not falling off the bone.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and arrange the wings skin side up in a shallow pan. Pour or brush Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze and Marinade over them generously. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes. Serve with pan juices. Serves 3 - 4.
