 Cornfetti Corn Salad
1 cup Soy Vay Toasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
2 (1 lb.) bags frozen sweet corn, thawed
1 (8 oz.) can whole water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl: stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
