4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup Soy Vay Island Teriyaki
4 pineapple rings
fresh spinach leaves
sliced tomato
sliced purple onion
Dijon mustard
Sandwich Thins or your favorite bread
light Mayo (if desired)
Marinate chicken in Soy Vay Island Teriyaki for 2 hours in air tight container in refrigerator. Grill until done. Stack sandwich thins with chicken, spinach, tomato and pineapple slices. Top with mustard. Enjoy!
